In this blog post I will be discussing the feedback I got from my presentation.

Above is the feedback that I got from the 4 judges. I feel as if my presentation went quite well, I like that I managed to show my showreel. I believe that my presentation stands out from others as I showed a showreel of lots of work that I have completed and worked on whereas other people only showed a few sections of a few videos that they had made.
My presentation started a bit rough as I was stuttering a bit as I was nervous performing in front of such a big crowd. I don't really enjoy talking in front of people which is why I wasn't very comfortable but once I got into the flow of the presentation I began to feel a lot more confident. Half of my presentation was talking and half was me showing my showreel. I feel as if it would've been better if I hadn't split it like this but my showreel is 2 minutes 35 seconds and I didn't really want to show part of my showreel as it isn't really something you can cut short. If I had 7 or 8 minutes then it would've been perfect. I am the only person i the class who managed to make their presentation exactly 5 minutes, I am quite proud that I managed to do that as I wasn't timing it myself. I didn't look at the audience much because I was nervous but I wish I had done it more now as I know everyone in the audience and they are only my classmates and lecturers.
In conclusion I believe that my presentation was rather successful as I managed to get across what I wanted to do and how I was planning on doing it. I feel as if my presentation was very simple as it was done on a basic powerpoint slide but I like the simplistic feel of it compared to other presentations I saw such as a video one that didn't really work as the subject had to keep pausing to wait for the video to catch up and for me it was easy as I could change the slide when I wanted and needed to. I believe that my presentation gave off a positive vibe to all that watched it as it was relaxed and not rushed, I think that everyone that watched enjoyed my work and my story. I feel as if showing my showreel was good and bad as it was good to show off a collection of my work but it did take up over half of my presentation time. The judges didn't enjoy the simpleness of the presentation as it wasn't creative like it should've been. I think that the simpleness of the presentation can be good as there is not much to look at so the viewers will be more interested in watching me instead of the screen. I feel as if my presentation could've been much better but for what I done I feel as if I done alright. If I was given more time to present then I may have made a better presentation.
